Created to be the ‘gold standard’ of technical education, T Levels aim to help young people to develop the skills and knowledge to succeed in rewarding careers, and to give employers the skilled workforce that is in such high demand.
Across our Greater Manchester Further Education colleges, we currently have over 400 T Levels underway in a variety of subjects including Construction, Digital, Education and Childcare and Health and Science.

“The work placement sets you up for more opportunities from day one as you get hands on experience from the start, which builds confidence to be able to stand in front of the class and teach a lesson, but it also sets you up for your further as you get a taste of what a typical day is like. Being given the industry work placement is mainly why I thought the T level was for me, to go and observe teaching helps put together both knowledge from college in the classroom and in work placement.”
